These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the AiSat platform and the website aisat.me ("Service"). By registering an account, paying for or using any feature of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is operated by:
AiSat provides AI-powered tools for business automation, customer communication across messaging channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat), AI agent configuration, voice synthesis and transcription, referral and affiliate features, analytics, and related services.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service for:
You may upload content necessary to use the platform: business information, documents, knowledge bases, customer messages, audio files, voice recordings, and other materials. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to upload and process such content.
When you connect external messaging channels, you also process the personal data of your end customers through AiSat. You act as the data controller for this data; AiSat acts as the processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers.
Voice features require a separate explicit consent, provided when you enable voice functionality. You may only upload voice data that you have the legal right to use. You may not:
We may remove voice content or suspend accounts for violations.
Paid features are offered via recurring subscriptions or one-time payments. Current prices, billing periods, and the feature scope of each plan are published on our website and in your dashboard.
Payments are processed by our payment providers (Paddle, Kaspi, or others). We do not store full card numbers. By subscribing, you authorise the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period for the same term and at the then-current price.
To cancel auto-renewal:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We send a reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal. You may cancel at any time, without providing a reason.
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with applicable consumer-protection law (including Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection").
All rights in the Service, its software, branding, design, and related materials belong to the Operator or its licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the paid subscription term.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display it solely for providing the Service.
AI-generated replies, transcriptions, and voice outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI output before relying on it for business decisions or customer-facing communications, especially in "draft" mode.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, or actions of third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including statutory consumer-protection rights.
For paying users, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or create security risks. We will notify you of suspension where lawful and reasonable.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hi@aisat.me. Upon closure, data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
If you are a consumer, you may submit a written claim to the Operator's email or postal address (see Section 1). We will respond within 10 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Operator's registered location, unless mandatory law grants the consumer the right to apply to a court at their own place of residence.
Nothing in this section deprives consumers of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
